1、工商注册费用：上表中，以20万美元为例计算的，工商注册费用为注册资本的万分之八。
2、公告费：在50万美元以下时，公告费为4000元人民币；在51-100万美元时，公告费为8000元人民币；在201以上美元时，公告费为16000元人民币。

二、翻译 Translation
若外商申请材料为外文，需由翻译公司翻译成中文。
三、验资Registered Captial Verification
以20万美元为例，会计师事务所收取的验资费为3000元人民币，注册资金越高，验资费越高。
四、代理服务费Acting Service Charges ,
1、咨询服务类外资公司：8000元人民币。
2、贸易类外资公司：11000元人民币（包括进出口备案的申请）。
3、生产型外资公司：16000元人民币。
4、外资公司需前置审批的项目：项目审批代理，费用另计。
